For Six Shooter, we picked out six classic West Coast IPA hops to blend with a newfangled Hazy IPA. Cascade, Citra, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Amarillo; add traditional West Coast bitter hop flavours, bold citrus bouquet and pine resin character all melded with a modern hazy full-bodied IPA.
